MadDog drills into the back to make the slot for the trigger:
Bolt plate and trigger, the bolt-plate was made to extend back from the tappet plate and actuate the trigger valve:
A good bulk of our time was spent making the Bolt-plate and this f'ugly thing work together; a roller-lever system for the Trigger Valve. It took a lot of time getting the angles and sizes right; that's why it looks so awful, we cut, welded and drilled it so many times, lol. Had to make a little roller for it by grinding a nut down on the grinder with the drill :D
Trigger valve mounted in the body:
The trigger bar, that connects the trigger to the trigger valve, we were going to use a clutch cable from a car to do this but we figured it'd be a lot less fussy to do it this way:
All together now:
A shot of the internals and our shot counter (yes it has fired that much, more actually :))
