We had to smooth out the travel of the system a bit and improve the tension on the spring pulling the feed-plate catcher down. Here's some pics of the parts as promised;

The spring at the bottom is cut because we were replacing it with a stronger and stiffer one and also changing it's position slightly

The internals, note at the top is out make-shift magazine held in place with masking tape :P
